Keith & Christi JoneS

…have lived cross culturally for 40 years. They raised their 3 daughters in the Middle East, now their adult children and grandchildren all live in Tennessee. Keith graduated with a MA in Intercultural Studies and Christi earned a MS in Human Services Counseling. Since 2013 they have served in various roles in member care. Both Keith and Christi are coaches. Christi has completed coaching training in mental health coaching, grief coaching and teen coaching with AACC. They are both certified debriefers with See Beyond and also trained in the Le Rucher debriefing model. Furthermore, they are also facilitators for SYIS workshops (Sharpening Your Interpersonal Skills) and in Living Free small groups. Keith and Christi are trained coaches with the CernySmith Stress Assessment which is very useful for identifying and learning how to mitigate stress in overseas life. They love to host people and see people flourishing in their call. They enjoy riding bikes, Christmas markets, and board games!

Ameryn Mickley (LPC, FDNP, CHP)

…is a Licensed Professional Integrative Mental Health Counselor & Functional Health Practitioner. She has been a global worker for 14 years, previously based in the Middle East. She has a passion for helping those who serve in a cross cultural context overcome challenges, build spiritual, emotional, physical resiliency, and approach their health holistically.

Kerri Brammeier

…comes to The Garden with a background of Social Work.  She graduated with her degree from Evangel University and then worked in that field at a Group Home for Adolescent (ages 12-18) teenagers for 5 years before becoming a Global Worker.  

As a Global Worker, Kerri has served for the last 19 years in Europe (Austria & Germany) working with the international population and children as well as serving in administration, Life Coaching and leadership training.

Kerri is certified in CernySmith Stress Assessments and has also received training certificates in Life Coaching in the areas of Stress Management, Establishing Healthy Relationships, and Spiritual Life Formation.   

In her free time Kerri enjoys traveling and exploring new places.  Some of her favorite things include cats, watching movies, wheelchair Rugby, the color blue, and food of choice will always be Pizza.
